- You define the skills and volume; we handle sourcing, training and vetting.
Contract staffing
Assessed resources embedded in your team on a contract basis, billed as a fixed monthly cost per resource. Scale up or down as your programme changes.
Contract-to-hire (C2H)
Start on contract, convert to your payroll when it's working. Conversion terms and a replacement window are set out in your engagement agreement.
What we publish up front
The commercial structure — pricing model (fixed monthly vs. markup), conversion terms, replacement window, and invoicing cycle — is shared before you commit. Rates are quoted per engagement based on skills and volume.
