Speed claims are easy to make and impossible to check. These are the terms we are willing to put in a contract instead.
Being finalised in our contract templates
We would rather publish nothing than publish a commitment we have not yet put into a signed agreement. Our standard terms — shortlist timing, a free-replacement window and a paid scoped trial — are being finalised with counsel now.
If you are evaluating us before then, ask for them directly and we will send the draft terms with the proposal. One thing is already firm: you interview every engineer before they start, and nobody joins your team without your yes.
What we will not claim
- We will not tell you an engineer is senior when they are not. Every profile states the band and the assessment score.
- We will not quote a deployment time we cannot hold. Your interview and clearance process sets the real date, not us.
- We will not publish a metric we cannot evidence. If a number is on this site, we will show you how it was measured.
