Production AI needs engineers who have seen it break
Anvi Innovate supplies the engineers who take AI systems from a working demo to something a business can actually depend on. We train them on documented production failures, assess them against that, and place them inside client teams.
The model
Two tiers, named honestly. Forward Deployed AI Engineers are experienced, AI-native engineers who own a system end to end — roughly half full-stack systems work, a third applied AI, and the rest advising the client. Trained AI engineers are graduates and career-switchers who have completed the same curriculum and passed the same assessment, deployed in a pod under an FDE rather than dropped into a team alone.
You interview every person before they start. We do not place anyone you have not met.
Why this, and why now
Global capability centres have become the dominant buyer of contract engineering talent in India — 71% of professional staffing headcount at the market leader (Quess Corp professional staffing headcount, Q1 FY27 investor presentation). Their constraint is not headcount. It is finding engineers who can be trusted with a retrieval system, an agent or an evaluation harness in front of real users. Most training stops at the tutorial. Ours starts at the incident report.
How the training is built
The curriculum is assembled from 109 verified production case studies across 68 companies — engineering blogs, published postmortems, applied research and regulatory findings. Every case was retrieved from a primary source and fact-checked before it was taught, and each one names what the team tried first, what regressed and what it cost. Engineers work 102 mandatory hands-on scenarios drawn from those failures before they are put in front of a client.
Where we work
We work with teams across India — product companies, enterprises and the global capability centres building their AI capacity here — and we support engagements outside India where the delivery model fits.
