We are paid when you hire, not before. There is no retainer, no subscription and no charge for shortlists you do not use.
Commission on placement

Commission is a percentage of the engineer's annual CTC. GST at 18% applies on the commission. Contract engagements are quoted per month against the same bands — ask and we will model it for your role.
What is included
- Sourcing and shortlisting from the trained bench and partner network
- Assessment score and work sample attached to every profile
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Offer and joining follow-through
- Replacement within the agreed window, at no further commission
What we do not do
- No retainer and no subscription — you pay on placement only
- No charge for shortlists you do not progress
- We do not run payroll for deployed engineers
- We do not mark up anyone else's salary
How the engagement is structured
Engineers are employed by our partner network, not by us. We introduce, assess and manage the process; the employment relationship sits with the partner or with you, depending on the model you choose. That keeps the arrangement simple and means you are not paying a margin on someone else's payroll.
