We shortlist quickly because the bench is already trained and assessed. The start date is set by your own interview and clearance process, not by us — we will not quote a date we do not control.

Forward Deployed AI Engineers (2-6 years, AI-native) leading on AI/ML engineering, data and AI platform engineering, and AI evaluation and reliability. Assessed early-career engineers deploy in a pod under an FDE. Other tracks are built to order against a confirmed requirement.

Contract staffing, contract-to-hire (C2H), and hire-train-deploy for volume roles. We quote rates per engagement and share the commercial structure up front.

Yes. Our standard replacement terms are being finalised in our contract templates; ask and we will send the draft terms with the proposal rather than publish a commitment we have not yet signed. See /commitments.

On documented production failures rather than tutorials. The curriculum is built from 109 verified production case studies across 68 companies, each retrieved from a primary engineering source and fact-checked. Engineers complete 102 mandatory hands-on scenarios, and Forward Deployed Engineers complete a 33-hour assessed track ending in a scored exam.

We operate a hire-train-deploy and staffing model, and we employ the engineers we deploy. Statutory contributions for deployed engineers are ours. The split of responsibilities is set out in each client and associate agreement.
